On June 20th, I had the honor of being the keynote speaker at the Independent Wealth Strategies’ industry-networking event in Philadelphia. Aside from my personal experiences in homebuilding, I explained how Marnie Custom Homes has achieved many successes even in difficult economic times. The crowd related to my 5 Forces Analysis, which details the possible threats and challenges builders face, such as high costs and tough competition. With examples including the Eco-Beach house and the All-American house, I showed that developing a unique brand can help overcome these challenges during the speaking engagement.
