This home was designed for both lazy days and summer parties! Located on the canal in South Bethany and featuring double gambrel rooflines, this home boasts a classic coastal exterior with NuCedar Basket Beige siding.
The homeowners wanted plenty of outdoor entertaining areas so we built a screened-in porch, three decks, and a huge patio. In addition, a Mexican-inspired custom bar includes a pass-through window— perfect for serving drinks to guests outside on the canal-front patio. Golden Tee and shuffleboard round out this adult rec room.
The kitchen features quartz countertops, an oversized island that seats six, a separate walk-in butler’s pantry, and a bar off the dining area. We warmed up the white kitchen with wood-toned open shelves and an island painted in the calming Benjamin Moore Santorini Blue.
