This Fenwick Island beach house sits on a peninsula, so we designed the rooms to be architecturally appealing not just from the inside, but also on the outside, especially from the water. The 2,900-square-foot bayfront home is literally like living on a boat with expansive, panoramic water views.
Classic blues and crisp whites complement the random-width white oak floors finished in a custom white stain. The large glass multi-glide door off of the kitchen captures the amazing views of the bay. The stunning kitchen features extra thick porcelain countertops, blue island with matching blue front glass cabinets, and a gorgeous glass mosaic backsplash that glistens in the sunlight.
One of our favorite features is our first ever crab shack, which is an indoor-outdoor space that is great for large crab feasts and can be hosed down after use. Paradise Point is a special place where you can gaze into the bay and wash your worries away.
