The layout and design details of this 3,500-square-foot home take advantage of true indoor/outdoor living. A large screened-in porch directly off the great room offers expansive views of the bay, while a custom screen made from IPE wood provides privacy on one side.

Every detail was thoughtfully selected to create this one-of-a-kind work of art. From the open concept floor plan and black shiplap fireplace, it’s meticulously furnished for a more modern coastal look inside.

From the primary bedroom, sliding glass doors open to a balcony that overlooks the water. A sleek and modern exterior with white NuCedar siding was used for a striking contrast against the black windows.
