Marnie had a lot of creative control over this home’s design, and it shows! Designed with four levels of character and charm, each space is better than the next in this 7,600 square-foot gem that sits just one house from the beach in North Bethany.
With its white scalloped backsplash extending to the ceiling, aquamarine pendants that beautifully highlight the island and bar, and the addition of open wood shelving, the kitchen design embodies the essence of coastal charm.
The kitchen and great room seamlessly merge into a spacious open area that extends further with the inclusion of multi-slide doors, leading to an expansive screened-in porch. This thoughtful design fosters a sense of togetherness for homeowners and guests while allowing them the freedom to engage in various activities. Whether it’s enjoying a delightful book on the porch, engaging in a lively card game around the outdoor table, or preparing a meal in the kitchen, everyone can partake in their preferred pastimes while still being connected within the same inviting space.
With creative freedom, Marnie envisioned this home’s tile to be unique, so each bathroom has its own style designed by Marnie.
Featuring two delightful bunk rooms, specifically tailored for both kids and adults. In response to the homeowners’ request for an orange and blue color scheme in the “adult bunk room,” we collaborated to discover the most adorable wallpaper that adds a striking wow factor to these inviting spaces. This bunk room was designed so that families can stay together in utmost comfort.
Luxury vinyl planks were used throughout the home to meet the homeowners’ needs for durability against kids, pets, and sand.
The fourth floor is designed as a secret hideaway with a bar, reading nook, and rooftop deck overlooking the ocean. Perfect to escape the commotion of a full house.
The lower level is a vacation dream with a bar, eating area, and tv room that overlooks the pool. Two outdoor showers lead to the beach prep room with a fun blue circle tile designed by Marnie. With amenities like a washer/dryer, refrigerator/freezer, sink, and storage, this space ensures it’s a breeze to get on and off the beach.
