Marnie Custom Homes Wins 12 Regal Awards, Including Custom Home Builder of the Year for Delaware and Designer of the Year

Marnie Custom Homes is proud to announce it has been honored with 12 Regal Awards from the Home Builders Association of Delaware, including the top recognitions of Custom Home Builder of the Year for the State of Delaware as well as Sussex County and Designer of the Year for company president Marnie Oursler.

The 2025 Regal Awards ceremony was held on the evening of Friday, May 9, at The Lighthouse at the Hyatt in Dewey Beach. The event brought together the top talent in Delaware’s building industry to celebrate excellence, innovation, and craftsmanship. It was a night to remember — with Marnie Custom Homes honored among the best in the business.

For over three decades, the Regal Awards have recognized excellence in Delaware’s home building industry. Winners are selected by a panel of expert judges and evaluated based on design, craftsmanship, and quality of submission. Earning an “Of the Year” title represents the highest distinction in each category.

This year’s awards are a testament to the passion, creativity, and dedication that define Marnie Custom Homes’ approach to custom homebuilding—especially in the Bethany Beach and coastal Delaware region.
