This oceanfront home in Fenwick Island features panoramic views and is packed with creative design elements including a separate kitchenette with a retro vibe for guests.

Other custom details include a dog shower, built-in cat gate, and detailed tile work. The entire top floor is dedicated to the primary suite including remote-controlled skylights, a private balcony overlooking the ocean, ocean views from three directions, and a custom triangle dresser built into the roofline.

To alleviate the challenge of the narrow lot, which provided only 25’ to work with, Marnie used as many windows as possible in the home to capture the serenity of the ocean from all angles.
