The homeowners wanted a grand entrance with plenty of parking space for guests to enjoy access to the beach. A four-car garage with pergolas above, plus a large driveway provide additional parking. A grand double stairway entrance leads to one of four porches, with weather-resistant NuCedar shingles and a traditional cedar roof for a classic coastal look. Custom windows with a diamond grill pattern can be seen throughout the home, while clear railings were installed on the rooftop deck for unobstructed ocean views.
Another homeowner request included ample space for entertaining friends and their large family, so the kitchen was designed with a classic white coastal feel including double islands, white quartz countertops, cathedral ceiling, and separate butler’s pantry.
